As I promised you, here’s the recipe for the homemade granola.

I can’t reveal the recipe author at this point, but I promise you will find out by the end of the month where it all came from 🙂 So, here we go.

Homemade Granola Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1/2 cup combo of any nuts or seeds you choose ( I did walnuts, istachios, pumpkin seeds and pine nuts)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • Light agave nectar for stickiness - add as needed

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients together well until the mix is sticky and well blended.
  2. Line your pan of choice with parchment.
  3. Distribute the mix evenly on the pan.
  4. Leave in the fridge and keep there.
  5. Will be ready in about an hour to use as a healthy snack or in combination with fruit and yogurt for breakfast:

It is extremely easy and quick to make and makes a great nutritious addition to your breakfast!
