It’s time, guys! Get that TRX Suspension Trainer out of the closet, dust it off and let’s do this!

TRX Workout Plan – Stella – 30 Minutes

Today’s class is 30 minutes long and is built in the Body Blast format.

The class consists of:

Warm up – 9 exercises, each 30 seconds long with 10 second breaks in between exercises, and 30 second break at the end.

4 Main Rounds each targeting upper body or lower body (alternating, 2 ea.) with 1 exercise targeting core and 60 second break at the end of each round.

Cool down – 7 TRX exercises, each 30 seconds long with 10 second breaks in between.
