Hill Repeats: Indoor Cycling Class Profile and Playlist

hill repeats

Hey guys! I hope your week is going well.

I’m back here today with a new indoor cycling class profile and playlist for you to check out and possibly use in your classes. If you do use it – be sure to let me know in comments how it went! I love hearing feedback and see how you adopt my profiles and make them your own. So yes – definitely let me know if you use it.

I decided to do something different with the post format this time.

Usually I give you a super detailed description of the profile right in the post, but this time I thought I’d do something a little different.

Since I am a certified Spinning® instructor, I decided to use a template provided by the Spinning® program to instructors. You should see some new information like % of Maximum Heart Rate in today’s profile, and possibly some other new (or familiar) terminology in the profile.

Be sure to ask any questions if you have them! I’d be happy to answer them as best I can or point you in the right direction to find an answer.

If you have a question about any part of this class or any drill – let me now in comments and I’ll give you more details. Otherwise – the .pdf below is ready for you to print and bring to class. Ready? 🙂

Here’s the Spotify Playlist (follow me on Spotify):

If you’re trying to find a way to time all those drills while teaching, here’s a neat app I use called Class Builder™ – Cycling Fusion.
