    I just installed 12 TRX mounts in our multi-purpose room. I’m a personal trainer & group X teacher at a YMCA. I appreciate your ideas and have used many in my spin classes. I’m about ready to begin TRX classes and wondering if you charge a fee or not for your sessions. My director wants mine to be a paid for program. What are your thoughts on this?

    • Hi Lorrie! Thanks for stopping by and I’m so glad the Spinning profiles have been helpful!
      We do charge extra for TRX and functional fitness classes. In my opinion it does keep some members from participating, but you gotta do what you gotta do based on the financial situation and reasons.

    Just came across your site and LOVE it! I am a Personal Trainer based in Ontario Canada and also TRX Certified. I love using the TRX system for my clients and teach two “TRX Bootcamps” weekly. I love your routines as it is always great to “freshen things up” and expand our knowledge! Keep up the great work!
