Whipped Greek yogurt? 100 calories? Yes, please! I’ll take these Yoplait Whips! as a healthy breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner 🙂
Oh you guys are in for a treat today!
So, a long time ago I used to have a blog series called “What’s on My Plate Wednesday” where I was sharing the highlights of what I’ve been eating throughout the week as well as my latest tasty finds. I’ve been missing that series lately and decided I would try and bring it back.
Here is one of my most favorite (and popular) posts of the series back from March 2014: What’s On My Plate Wednesday.
My schedule is pretty hectic during the week with very little blogging time, but I think I can manage one more post a week for you, guys 😉
So today, the spotlight is on yogurt. Greek yogurt to be precise. Whipped Greek yogurt to be even more precise 🙂
Everybody knows there are a million ways to use Greek yogurt, right? But what if I told you that you can now get these Yoplait Whips! which is whipped Greek yogurt!
I thought so! You’re super excited about that just like I was 🙂
So let’s take a look and see what’s been on my plate lately involving this yummy product.
What’s On My Plate Wednesday: Yoplait Whips!
We had breakfast dinner on Sunday night and I opted to having Yoplait Whips! on top of my waffle instead of whip cream:
Healthy substitute #1. Cha-Ching!
Snacks? I got you covered, too. I make this fun snack mix every weekend (cheerios, chocolate chips or chunks, nuts, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries). I then put it in zip lock bags and take one to work with me every day.
This week I enjoyed it sprinkled on top of the Yoplait 100 Greek Whips!
Tastes great on top of my favorite flavor – Lemon Meringue.
Craving a healthy dessert? No problem at all. Put some Yoplait 100 Greek Whips! on the bottom of a glass, sprinkle some Graham cracker crumbs over it, throw in a few frozen berries – repeat for a few layers – then cover it up and throw it in the freezer for the day, and you got yourself a healthy delicious treat for after dinner.
Breakfast? Well, look what’s been on my plate this week alongside my regular avocado toast (this week – on homemade bread) and hard boiled eggs.
Are you eager to try them yet? Here’s a coupon for $1 OFF when you buy 5 cups to convince you – click click 🙂
Talk to me: have you tried Yoplait 100 Greek Whips! yet? What do you think? Do you like yogurt at all? What’s been on your plate a lot lately?
And that’s that for the Hump Day, guys! Have a great week!
Disclosure: Thanks to Yoplait Greek 100 Whips! for sponsoring today’s post. All opinions are, as always, my own.
