Five Whole30 Compliant Dinners as seen on Pinterest

Even if you don’t care about making your meals Whole30 compliant these dinner ideas will make you hungry! Besides, every recipe has a non-whole30 ingredient options included.

Hey guys! Happy Tasty Tuesday.

How was your weekend? We had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend with kids.

Hubby and I ran a 5K around the neighborhood  on Sunday morning as part of my Across the Bay 10K training.

Oh wait! I’m doing the Across the Bay 10K in November (Thanks, Liz! :)).

(insert panic emoji here)

So we’re training for it.

Slow but sure, we’re working on getting me ready for the race, which is not so easy with the heat and humidity around here.

But back to the Tasty Tuesday stuff!

As I mentioned before, our family is trying to follow the Whole30 lifestyle. Basically, what it means is we eat non-compliant foods on special occasions trying to stick to the plan the rest of the time. Make no mistake, compliant food looks pretty good 🙂

I’ve been feeling like changing up our menu a little lately so I went to Pinterest to try and find dinner ideas that would be Whole30 compliant or easily converted to such.

Here’s what I found.

{ONE} Coconut Curry Shrimp by Jo Cooks

While the recipe itself is not labeled as Whole30 compliant it pretty much is – I just used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, a fresh tomato instead of canned, and a compliant coconut milk.

I served it on top of zoodles and my family absolutely loved it!

When I served it on top of zoodles for the hubby and myslef, and on top of pasta for the girl, she questioned me why that was and where the heck were her zoodles 🙂 Did NOT expect that one.

{TWO} Italian Meatball Zoodle Soup (Slow Cooker) by Peace + Love + Low Carb

How genius is that? Just skip the Parmesan and it’s perfectly Whole30 compliant.

{THREE} Buffalo Ranch Stuffed Peppers by Primally Inspired

No need to use those nasty Ranch spice packets – Kelly will tell you how to make your own Ranch spice!

{FOUR} Curried Chicken Stir Fry by Lean Lena

I love this recipe – it comes together in minutes, is whole30 compliant and perfect for a busy week night dinner.

{FIVE} Sriracha Lime Chicken Chopped Salad by Lexi’s Clean Kitchen

Sriracha is not a Whole30 compliant sauce and this recipe is also calling for honey, but I can easily see this salad without honey and hot sauce or habanero sauce instead of Sriracha in it.

And there you have it! Make your next 5 dinners yummy and healthy with me 🙂 And don’t forget to visit my hungry runner friend today – betcha she’s cooking something yummy, too.

Your turn, guys!
