Do you love soup as much as I love soup? I have 10 super soup recipes for you today to try and enjoy!

Hey-hey! It’s Tuesday again in my neck of the woods 🙂

Growing up, we always had a pot of soup in the fridge. Always. It was a “go to” meal for lunch and dinner whenever there was not enough time to cook. I’ll let you in on a little family secret, too – to this day my grandmother can eat soup for breakfast. 🙂

I know, right? 🙂

I love me some soup. These days with crockpots/slow cookers making soup is completely fool-proof. You just can’t get it wrong, really! You’d have to try really hard to ruin a soup. 🙂

So today, for the Tasty Tuesday I am featuring 10 awesome soup recipes that I crowd sourced from my fellow food bloggers.

Before we dive into it, I would like to sincerely thank EVERYONE who shared their recipes with me. Even if your soup recipe didn’t make it to this collection, please, know that it did make it to my recipe box and I’m very grateful for that!

So here we go!

  1. My favourite is Jamie Oliver’s 15min meal recipe: you take 2 cloves of garlic, 3 spring onions, chorizo & fresh chilli and brown it. Then add a jar of roasted red peppers with the juice and a tin of chopped tomatoes. Salt, sugar, pepper to taste. Add a jug of boiling water and a handful of rice. Cover and simmer for 15min. Done. I then add feta cheese and loads of parsley when serving. It’s literally done when you are in the shower. That lasts me for about 5 portions. Generous ones too.

  2. Awesome round up! I have been really into stews lately more than soups, but have a great big love of both 🙂

  4. Surprisingly, for as cold as I always am, and how cold where I live is…I don’t love soup. I don’t like everything all mushed together, I like to eat my food separate, otherwise I feel like I am getting “jipped” when it’s all in one bowl! BUT I love your use of alliteration 😉 and I’VE BEEN COOKING PORK LATELY 🙂 yay new foods!

  6. I tried making a Thai tofu coconut soup last week which was a total fail. Maybe during tonights ice storm I’ll try my hand at one of these soups. I’m not the best cook so I’ll pick an easy sounding one 🙂
