Oh you guys are in for a treat today!

So, a long time ago I used to have a blog series called “What’s on My Plate Wednesday” where I was sharing the highlights of what I’ve been eating throughout the week as well as my latest tasty finds. I’ve been missing that series lately and decided I would try and bring it back.

Here is one of my most favorite (and popular) posts of the series back from March 2014: What’s On My Plate Wednesday.

My schedule is pretty hectic during the week with very little blogging time, but I think I can manage one more post a week for you, guys πŸ˜‰

So today, the spotlight is on yogurt. Greek yogurt to be precise. Whipped Greek yogurt to be even more precise πŸ™‚

Everybody knows there are a million ways to use Greek yogurt, right? But what if I told you that you can now get theseΒ Yoplait Whips! which is whipped Greek yogurt!

What’s On My Plate Wednesday: Yoplait Whips!

We had breakfast dinner on Sunday night and I opted to having Yoplait Whips! on top of my waffle instead of whip cream:

Healthy substitute #1. Cha-Ching!

Snacks? I got you covered, too. I make this fun snack mix every weekend (cheerios, chocolate chips or chunks, nuts, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries). I then put it in zip lock bags and take one to work with me every day.

This week I enjoyed it sprinkled on top of the Yoplait 100 Greek Whips!

Tastes great on top of my favorite flavor – Lemon Meringue.

Craving a healthy dessert? No problem at all.
