“Ask Lena” is a program providing mentorship for new indoor cycling instructors.

It’s very easy to participate. Here’s how it works:

1. Put together a list of questions or topics you would like to ask Lena or discuss.
2. Purchase a 1 hour time slot by clicking the “Buy Now” button below. Important: the $35.00 price below is for one session, which is one hour long. You can change the quantity to purchase more than one session or come back and purchase additional time slots when you need them.
3. Follow the instructions you receive by e-mail after completing your purchase to set up a Skype call with Lena to get your questions answered.
4. Repeat if needed any time you want.
