Hi, my fit friends!
As I promised you, here’s the recipe for the homemade granola.
I can’t reveal the recipe author at this point, but I promise you will find out by the end of the month where it all came from 🙂 So, here we go.
Homemade Granola Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1/2 cup combo of any nuts or seeds you choose ( I did walnuts, istachios, pumpkin seeds and pine nuts)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- Light agave nectar for stickiness - add as needed
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together well until the mix is sticky and well blended.
- Line your pan of choice with parchment.
- Distribute the mix evenly on the pan.
- Leave in the fridge and keep there.
- Will be ready in about an hour to use as a healthy snack or in combination with fruit and yogurt for breakfast:

It is extremely easy and quick to make and makes a great nutritious addition to your breakfast!

I wonder how this would taste replacing the peanut butter with almond butter.
I think that would taste great!
