Interview for ICI/PRO Podcast and Other Awesomeness

Hey-hey! Happy Tuesday, you guys!

Is your week off to a good start? Mine is pretty darn awesome so far.

Today we’re interrupting out regular broadcasting for some breaking news 🙂

After posting about 5 Things I Don’t Teach Indoor Cycling/Spinning® Class Without in Indoor Cycling Instructors Facebook group, I was approached by John Macgowan with an offer to be interviewed for his podcast.

Ok, those were my excitement manifestations 🙂

If you don’t know who John is and what he does, let me tell you: John is a co-founder of the ICI/PRO (a wonderful resource for indoor cycling instructors and enthusiasts) and the host of the ICI/PRO Podcast that’s been around since 2008 (!)

I’ll let it sink in.

Ok, a lot of exclamation points in this post, bare with me 🙂

Anyway, this past Saturday the interview happened and it was up on Monday night. Yes, that quick. Because, you know – he’s that good.
