Got home and decided to make myself a smoothie!
Honestly, got inspired by this pin and a bunch of beautiful ripe strawberries I had in the fridge.
So, here are the ingredients (excluding ice cubes):
and the list:
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1/2 banana
- 5 ripe strawberries
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
To make: crush the ice cubes in the blender, add the rest of the ingredients, blend and enjoy!
Makes 2 servings, 167 cal per serving.
