This is the weekly “What’s on my Plate” Wednesday post!
So here we go, the highlights of my meals from last to this week, Wednesday to Wednesday. If you see something you like and would like a recipe for it, leave a comment and I will be happy to post the recipe.
Breakfasts last week included a lot of baked oatmeal since I made a whole batch during the weekend. If you missed the recipe, head over here.
Lunches were mostly leftover dinners 🙂
Dinners – surf and turf all week 🙂
Snacks – were pretty healthy, I think…well, except that one in the bottom left corner when my sweet tooth suddenly “woke up” 🙂
Also this Sunday I decided to try meal prep for the next week – I baked some sweet potatoes and acorn squash, hard boiled some eggs, made another batch of my baked oatmeal, made some quinoa, and a pitcher of lemon, lime and mint infused water.
So far this prep work is saving me A LOT of time on making meals! I will definitely be doing more of those on weekends!

Awesome! My meals usually last until either Thursday or Friday, depending on how much effort I put into a Sunday prep, ha ha 🙂
Mine lasted about the same – having the rest of it for lunch tomorrow. Defo makes your life easier 🙂
