This TRX 30 minute workout was part of our “Freedom Friday” class today – no timer, just you counting your own reps.
Hey guys! TGIF!
Have you worked out today yet? If not – I have a fun routine for you to try out.
This is a total body TRX 30 minute workout targeting upper body, lower body and core muscles.
I just taught it to my class this morning as part of the “Freedom Friday” where we ditch the timer and just have fun with that TRX trainer.
TRX 30 Minute Workout – Jessica
This class is not timed – it is based on repetitions, rather than work/rest time as my other TRX workouts.
Warm up – is pretty much my usual routine here.
Main part of the workout: consists of 2 rounds targeting lower body and upper body. Each round ends with 2-3 core exercises.
Cool down – just use approximate timing on this one – about 30 seconds per stretch.
Here are some of my favorites from this class:
Single Leg Squat/Pistol Squat
Oh we have such love/hate relationship with these guys…
See the progressions of this awesome exercise explained by the TRXperts:
Y Deltoid Raise/Fly
SO good for your shoulders! Works that core, too.
