Hey guys! It’s TRX Thursday!
Since I teach TRX 4 times a week and get to train pretty much the same group of people, I have settled in a certain “groove” by now of targeting upper body (usually on Mondays), lower body (Wednesdays) and core or total body (on our “Freedom Fridays”).
This TRX Lower Body workout happened yesterday and my class thought it was challenging even though it was moving at a moderate pace and did not require a lot of transitions.
TRX Lower Body Workout – Taylor – 30 Minutes
Warm up – 3 minutes + 30 seconds of a break to explain the class structure.
Main Part – 3 rounds of repeated (9) exercises – 30 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest between exercises, and 30 second breaks between rounds.
